T Shield Ventilation Ltd's metal fabrication process involves some of the most advanced machinery in the industry combined with computer aided design (CAD) and a skilled workforce.

The plasma cutter enables our workers to produce 100% accurate steel fabrication and sections according to the schematics entered into the computer. The fabricated steel is then put through other machines such as guillotine, strip bender and block former to produce the final engineered components that will fit the job.

T Shield Ventilation Ltd use their state of the art metal fabrication methods to produce their items for ventilation. They also use it to fabricate metal items such as hand rails, machine guards, fences and light steel structures such as roof walkways.
