T Shield Ventilation Ltd use three different types of sheet metal when fabricating components for ventilation and other contracts. These are Stainless Steel, Galvanised Steel and Aluminium.

Each different metal is needed for different aspects of manufacture, and each has its own strengths when compared to others.

We work with a variety of different thicknesses. Our steel and aluminium can have a range from 24 gauge  (0.6mm) up to 3mm. Each are required for different components and for different effects.

T Shield Ventilation Ltd doesn’t only produce components for ventilation. Our metalwork engineers can basically produce anything made out of light metal such as our galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium thanks to our sheet metal fabrication process. This can range from handrails, machine guards or fences. As long as you know what you need, T Shield Ventilation Ltd can manufacture it for you.
